The post-holder will be a key member of the Criminology and Sociology
Department and will contribute to the development of teaching, learning and
research in Criminology within the School of Health and Social Sciences. The
post-holder will be expected to contribute to a range of teaching within
criminology, to contribute to curriculum development within criminology and to
partake in inter-disciplinary work and team membership. Good interpersonal
skills are therefore essential. The post-holder will operate effectively as part of a
team of academic, technical and administrative colleagues to facilitate learning in
the University to the highest quality. The post-holder will be expected to
undertake research, enterprise activities and related scholarly activities.
